Overview of the team
The Organization Design officer is part of the Organization, Process and Data Department; the Organization team’s objectives are to:

  • Ensure an overarching view on our TOM (Target Operating Model), and a clear link with the organizational design
  • Ensure end-to-end view on our organizational design, in sync with our strategy and processes
  • Accompany all managers across the organization to optimize their organization

Job Purpose

As a member of the Organization, Process and Data Department, the Organization design officer will more specifically focus on AXA GO organization /position management, end-to-end reorganization process and projects impacting GO organization: 

  • Enable efficient and smooth transformations, consistent with GO TOM and GO Orga / HR / Financial principles, by running the end-to-end reorganization process 
    -    Prepare and share recommendations on org. changes to be submitted to GO CEO
    -    Oversee interdependencies between all streams (HR/Change, TOM, IT Implementation) and impact assessments 
    -    Contribute to automating and improving the process
  • Be a trusted sparring partner to leverage position and organizational data in GO strategic decision-making process, and to improve other processes (ex: budgeting, sourcing)
  • Maintain a high level of organizational data quality and our internal referential performance through maintenance of organizational referential 

Votre profil

Skills and Leadership Capabilities

  • Experience with org. design topics and/or position management
  • Project management experience
  • Solid analytical skills and problem-solving mindset  
  • Able to manage complex situations and proven experience in stakeholder management
  • Proven Business acumen: an experience in an IT delivery organization (comparable to AXA GO core business)
  • Ability to get things done on time
  • Ability to drive concrete results
  • Excellent communication - ability to address senior audiences, convince and challenge
  • Fluent in English and in French (both in writing and orally)

Education & Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in management Consulting and/or similar org design role in Corporate
  • Project management and facilitation experience
  • Credibility and experience on org. topic
  • Proven capacity to lead change / influence
  • Excellent communication - ability to address senior audiences, convince and challenge
  • Master’s degree in a ranked engineering or commercial school preferred
