Your work environment:

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Operational Risk Management department. Collaborators in this department has to define and lead the appropriate framework to ensure Operational Risks are contained within strategic risk appetite and that expectations are set at the adequate level to preserve client’s interest, meet expectations of regulators, and protect long-term sustainability.

You will be part of a team of circa 100 FTE across the whole AXA group. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and Coordinate Operational Risk Management Activities: Animate and coordinate operational risk network, ensure harmonization of practices and implementation of Group guidelines, promote best practices exchange.
• Contribute to Capital Optimization and Risk Monitoring: Ensure the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the major operational risk amongst the AXA entities and compute the Group Operational risk STEC quantification. Optimize the capital charge within the AXA Group and monitor the implementation of actions plans against the main operational risks.
• Drive Local and Global Coordination: Be a privileged contact point with the local Operational Risks Managers, define methodological principles, and ensure consistency of local practices with Group requirements.
